On Holland America, we pride ourselves on giving you more than you expect. For instance, each ship offers a number of dining choices and complimentary 24-hour room service. Onboard activities include recent-release movies, complete with free popcorn, live entertainment, a fitness centre and many more activities. A one all-inclusive price covers accommodations, meals, entertainment, and even meeting rooms. All of which makes a Holland America cruise surprisingly good value.
Holland America ships also have everything you need to host any type of function. On board our ships you will find a variety of meeting rooms including theatre-style, breakout rooms and private dining rooms. The state of the art multimedia equipment including microphones and sound systems to advanced light and video systems are available on all ships in order for you to complete any professional presentations during your cruise. However most important to a group or conference is the entertainment and private party options. These can be customised to your needs- anything from a simple cocktail party to an authentic Indonesian Rijstafe. Private activities for your groups can be arranged such as private wine tasting or private lunch at Half Moon Cay, or even private entertainment shows.
A lot of people take a cruise to get away from it all. But we also make it very easy to stay in touch. Each ship is equipped with an Internet Centre, ship to shore telephone, closed circuit TV in each stateroom and daily satellite edition of The New York Times under your door each evening. Our Vista-class ships also include a data port in each stateroom.

Holland America Line Group Policy
Minimum Group Numbers: The minimum requirement for a group booking is 15 (fifteen) full fare paying passengers travelling together on the same cruise or tour. If less than 15 passengers travelling by final recall date (90 days before departure) Travel the World will require group to revert to individual bookings and be subject to individual costings and booking conditions
Deposit Requirements: Deposits are due 10 (ten) days from date of each individual group passenger booking. The amount is per the applicable HALW brochure plus TRAVEL THE WORLD administration fee of AUD110per person.
Cancellation Requirements:
Travel the World has an administration cancellation fee of AUD110 per person in addition for all bookings confirmed under deposit.
Holland America cancellation penalties apply as per applicable brochure and are not subject to negotiation. Holland America cancellation penalties guidelines are as follows
Cancellations made 75 - 46 days prior to departure - amount of deposit
Cancellations made 45 - 16 days prior to departure - 50% of gross brochured fare
Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to departure - 100% of gross fare
Discounts
The group will be credited with an average cruise fare, excluding NDAs port charges, taxes and optionals, for each 15 full fare adults booked on the group; credit applied to the 16th passenger. This is NOT an FOC. If there is a tour escort travelling with the group, they must be booked as part of the group and as part of the group space. Deposit must be paid for this passenger to secure booking then upon finalization of group the amount of the escort allowance is applied to the tour escort booking if applicable. Third and fourth persons in a cabin do not count toward the tour conductor credit. Earned tour conductor tickets are subject to change if late cancellations occur. The tour conductor credit is in lieu of free cruise. Credits do not include optionals, NDA, port charges or taxes.

Conferences
OUr ships range in size from 793 to 1,848 guests. THere is no additional charge for meeting rooms or AV equipment. Our ships have rooms that can accommodate up to 970 at one time, as well as smaller breakout rooms. Our rates include accommodations, meals, entertainment and meeting rooms, and standard equipment.
Charters
Not only can we host and plan a corporate event, but we also have accommodations for 793 to 1,848 guests, saving you the times and expense of sourcing hotels. The size of our ships means a half-ship group on some of our competitors could be an exclusive charter to Holland America Line. And all food and entertainment are included. Choose from a wide-range of destinations including Alaska, the Caribbean, Canada & New England, Mexico, the Pacific Northwest and Europe. You can customise the itinerary and even change the name of the ship. With a charter, it's all up to you.
